Security Solution LLC, hereinafter Security Solution, operates an exclusive private membership platform that provides high-net-worth individuals and their families with access to curated information, diagnostic tools, personalized follow-up by an assigned agent, and connections to third-party professional service providers in the fields of international mobility, asset protection, offshore structuring, and private banking.
By accessing or using our platform and services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions and Policies, including our privacy and cookie policies. We strongly recommend that you read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
1. Services We Offer
Security Solution provides access to a private membership platform which includes, among other features:
– Initial diagnostic and ongoing personalized follow-up by an assigned agent

– Introductions to third-party law firms, trust companies, banks, and real estate professionals
– Access to exclusive private networks and investment opportunities
– Tools and dashboards for tracking progress of applications submitted through third parties

Important Scope and Limitation:
Security Solution LLC acts exclusively as a technology provider and membership platform. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, investment, or any other regulated professional advice. All information, documents, introductions, and materials available on the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Security Solution does not file applications, represent clients before any government authority, provide legal opinions, guarantee approvals, or assume any responsibility for the outcome of any process initiated through third parties introduced via the platform. Any decision to engage third-party providers and the results obtained are the sole responsibility of the member.
2. Currencies and Payment Methods
We accept payments in U.S. dollars (USD), euros (EUR), British pounds (GBP), and major currencies. Specific payment instructions will be provided inside the platform upon approval of membership. All bank fees, currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the member.
3. Compliance Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds
– Nature of the service: Membership grants access to a digital private platform and personalized agent follow-up. No physical products are delivered.
– Membership activation: Access is granted immediately or within 24–48 hours after payment.
– Cancellations and refunds: Once access to the platform has been granted and/or the initial diagnostic session with the assigned agent has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
– Limited refund window: Refund requests will only be considered if submitted in writing within the first 24 hours after payment AND before platform access credentials have been issued or any agent contact has occurred. Refunds, if approved, will be processed minus any payment processing or administrative fees incurred.
– Member responsibility: The member is solely responsible for providing true, complete, and lawful information and documents. Any consequence arising from false, incomplete, or illegal information shall be the exclusive responsibility of the member.
4. Privacy and Data Protection

All information, materials, introductions, and communications provided through the platform or by our agents are for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice of any kind.
You acknowledge and agree that:
– Any action you take based on information or introductions obtained through the platform is at your own risk.

– We do not guarantee approval of any residency, citizenship, banking, or investment application.

– Our maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the membership fee actually paid by you in the last 12 months.You expressly release Security Solution LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, or responsibility related to third-party services or outcomes.
